The Equity Advisory Council was established by McCracken County Public Schools to intentionally foster a culture of belonging, where differences and abilities in students and staff are respected, valued, and celebrated. Our goal is to ensure that all students and staff can lead and succeed with optimal resources, access, opportunity, and support.

This council, comprised of teachers, administrators, and support staff across the district meets monthly to help provide input and prioritize district-wide efforts in this area. Members of the council participate in various initiatives throughout the year with one goal in mind--to eliminate barriers for all students in McCracken County Schools and to ensure students have the resources they need to achieve within our district.
