Local Planning Committee (LPC) Meeting 3 and Public Forum 3

The McCracken County Schools’ Local Planning Committee (LPC) will conduct a PUBLIC MEETING on March 11, 2025, at 5:30 PM CDT at the McCracken County School District’s Central Office, 300 Cumberland Avenue, Paducah, Kentucky 42001.  A Public Forum for public comments will follow this meeting.  This is the third of a series of meetings and public forums to develop a District Facilities Plan for McCracken County Schools.   The Draft District Facility Plan will be presented by the district’s architect to the Local Planning Committee for review, discussion and approval.  The plan will then be sent to KDE for their approval with any additions or deletions necessary. This meeting and future meetings will be informal gatherings to encourage local participation through community suggestions relative to future utilization of existing school facilities and construction of new school facilities. These community suggestions or recommendations will be closely monitored by the Local Planning Committee in the development of a proposed District Facility Plan for the McCracken County School District.

 

A Public Forum will be held at approximately 6:15pm CDT for the general public to add any additional comments or voice any concerns they might have.
