We are excited to share an update regarding the passport system used for picking up students in Preschool, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade. The Transportation Department has added a new option to make the process more flexible while ensuring student safety. Please review the important details below:
Passport Guidelines and New Option
Passports are still required for pick-up.
New Option: If the passport is not available, the approved person may provide:
The student’s name and
The last six digits of the student’s ID number.
The student ID number option may only be used three times per school year as an emergency alternative.
If the passport is unavailable, the student ID number must be provided immediately at drop-off. Drivers will not wait for phone calls to the school or other individuals to obtain the number.
This second option is designed to serve as an emergency backup for families.
How to Find Your Child’s Student ID Number
To access your child’s student ID number:
Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
Select your child’s profile.
The student ID number will be visible on the main profile page or under the “Student Information” tab.
If you have questions about accessing the Parent Portal, please contact the school office for assistance.
Important Reminder
Parents are responsible for ensuring that anyone picking up their child knows how to access the student ID number. The Transportation Department will not provide student ID numbers to anyone.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to make the pick-up process secure and efficient for all families.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
